Wedding Bands

We ask all wedding clients to please order at least 5 weeks in advance to guarantee your ring gets delivered on time for your big day and to allow ample time for adjustments. Contact us if your ring is needed earlier and we will do our best to accommodate.

Return Policy

All orders are final unless the piece does not match the listing description. This is due to the made-to-order model of our business. Read our resizing policy below if your receieved a ring that does not fit.

Lifetime Refinishing Policy

We offer free lifetime refinishing for every piece specified by category below.

Wood Rings - Refinishing involves sanding down the old finish and/or adding new finish.

Any ring that cannot be refinished back to "new" due to extensive damage/cosmetic damage will have a replacement option for 65% of the original price not including discounts. We just ask you to pay shipping and handling charged associated with getting the ring back to you.

We will always communicate this with you before taking any action. The solution may be to refinish to the best of our ability with chance of cosmetic/structural flaws present to avoid replacement.

Pendants/earrings/wood cuffs - Adding coats of oil and/or polishing any metal components if applicable.

Metal rings/cuffs - Polishing minor scratches. Deep scratches may still be visible. This is to avoid taking away too much material which can affect the strength of the piece.

Resizing Policy

We offer one free resize that covers all rings besides solid gold/gold core rings and custom rings (this can vary case by case). For any of the above that cannot be resized, we will offer to make another for 65% of the original price not including discounts.

Lead Times

Lead times are generally around 3-4 weeks for rings. However, lead times can change unexpectedly and we can not guarantee the exact time until it ships.

Lead times for our pendants, earrings, and cuffs are 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 weeks on average.

Disclaimers

Due to natural variations in wood and other materials we use, every piece will be unique. The grain patterns will vary and the colors may be slightly different compared to the product picture. We think that's the cool part though.
